The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll own the end-to-end sales motion with enterprise and upper mid-market clients. You’ll partner with executives to frame AI not as “software to try,” but as a strategic shift in how organizations operate. Working alongside our leadership team, Senior Project Engineers (SPEs), and Customer Growth Partners, you’ll shape solutions that prove ROI and expand across business functions.
What You’ll Do
- Enterprise Sales Leadership
- Own the full cycle: prospecting → qualification → discovery → solution design → negotiation → closing → expansion.
- Engage with C-suite and functional heads (CEO, CIO, CTO, CDO, CXOs, VPs of Customer Experience, Talent, and Sales) to position Teammates.ai as a transformation partner.
- Outcome-Oriented Selling
- Pipeline Generation
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline across enterprise and mid-market accounts, leveraging both relationship-driven and AI-enabled prospecting.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and with SPEs on technical scoping.
- Market Development
- Drive adoption across the MENA region, with cultural fluency in Arabic-speaking enterprise contexts.
- Spot trends, feedback market intelligence, and help shape our GTM playbook.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Partner with SPEs during pilots to ensure smooth technical integration.
- Collaborate with Customer Growth Partners post-deal to ensure adoption, expansion, and renewals.
Who You Are
- AI-Native: You actively use AI to enhance your own sales productivity—prospecting, research, outreach, and reporting. You embody the transformation you’re selling.
- Sales Athlete: 4–8 years of proven success in B2B SaaS/enterprise sales, ideally in AI, automation, or transformational technologies.
- Enterprise Communicator: Exceptional ability to influence senior decision-makers, articulate ROI, and guide clients through change.
- Bilingual Advantage: Professional fluency in Arabic (dialects a plus) and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in both languages (Arabic and English) is a must for this role.
- Builder Mindset: Resourceful, proactive, and energized by shaping playbooks in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Cultural Fluency: Deep knowledge of MENA business norms and relationship-driven sales dynamics.
- Regional Mobility: Comfortable traveling frequently and seamlessly across GCC and wider MENA markets to support client engagement, workshops, and deal execution.
